A visit to THIS IS HOLLAND takes approximately one hour. The Experience consists of several stages that gradually build towards the highlight: the Ultimate Flight Experience.
Your visit begins with an introduction to the Netherlands. You will discover how water, wind and ingenious solutions have shaped our country.
Next, you will be introduced to the places, landscapes and stories you will encounter later during the flight.
It is time to take off. During the flight, you will move with the images, feel the wind and special effects, and soar over the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.
After the flight, you will arrive in the Holland Lounge. Watch The Making Of, discover how the footage was created and learn more about remarkable Dutch water-management structures through modern peep-show boxes.

The Experience consists of four stages and takes approximately one hour. During the two educational shows, pupils learn about the Netherlands, water, wind and the ingenious solutions that protect our country from flooding in an accessible and engaging way.
They will then experience the highlight of their visit: the Ultimate Flight Experience. During this flight, they will see the Netherlands from the air and discover famous locations, landscapes and water-management structures in a way that makes a far greater impression than an ordinary lesson.
Afterwards, pupils will see the Netherlands in a whole new light. Fun, educational and perfect for a school trip they will remember for years to come.

How long does a visit last?
A visit lasts approximately one hour. The experience consists of four parts: two informative shows about Holland, the 9-minute flight, and the Holland Lounge.
Do I need to book a time slot?
It is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended if you want to be sure of experiencing the attraction at a specific time. You can reserve a time slot when purchasing your ticket. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your chosen slot.
From what age can children participate in the flight?
For safety reasons, children under 4 years of age and shorter than 100 cm are not permitted to participate in the flight experience.
